10 Minute Full Body HIIT Workout

Who’s ready to get a GREAT workout in just 10 minutes?! Let’s do this Full-Body HIIT Workout!


1. Warm-up

Start with a 5-minute warm-up of your choice. If you’re at the gym this could be on the treadmill, elliptical, or stationary bike. If you’re at home this could be jumping jacks, a walk/jog around the block, or walking up and down your stairs.


2. Workout time!

Perform each of the following exercises for 30 seconds followed by 30 seconds of rest, then repeat the circuit!


  • Have you done this a few times and are feeling ready for a challenge? – Perform each exercise for 40 seconds followed by 20 seconds of rest.



  1. JUMPING JACKS

  2. BICYCLE CRUNCHES

  3. HIGH KNEES

  4. JUMP SQUATS

  5. BUTT KICKS

  6. PUSH-UPS

  7. JUMPING JACKS

  8. MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

  9. FAST FEET

  10. BURPEES
