Those spring and summer storms can really put you in a mood... to stretch! It does for me, at least! So, I thought we could stretch together. Join me for this 15-Minute Rainy Day Full-Body Stretch!


1. Set up your space.

Get comfy. Pull out a yoga mat if you wish. Take a few deep breaths, and get ready to relax.
