Oh, hi there! 👋🏻 Did you just get done with a lower body workout (like this one)? This is the perfect thing for you!


Here are the moves:

  • Let’s start dynamically with Leg Swoops


Great, now to the real work! Hold each of these for 30-60 seconds:

  • Forward Fold (start in the middle, then spend some time on the right & left)

  • Flamingos (each leg)

  • Butterfly

  • Pigeon

  • Frog

  • Single Leg Stretch

  • Calf Stretch

  • Ankle Rolls


Now, go hydrate!
