Upper Body Stretch

Hey hot stuff 😍 Did you just get done with an upper body workout (like Sculpted Shoulders or Arm Day)? Or are you feeling tight after a long day on the computer? You’ve come to the right place — let’s calm everything down with a good upper body stretch!


Here are the moves:

  • Start to loosen everything up with Washer Machines


Now, get ready to feel gooood! Hold each of these for 30-60 seconds:


  • Thread the Needle (each side)

  • Kneeling Forearm Stretch

  • Shoulder Rolls

  • Neck Stretch (each side)

  • Cross Body Stretch (each side)

  • Triceps Stretch (each side)

  • Chest Stretch

  • Half Camel Stretch (each side)

  • Seal/Cobra Stretch

  • Cat/Cow

  • Upper Back Stretch


Now, go drink some water!
